If you already bought Premium and it is not showing as active, restore it.
Open Hobi, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple or Google account for your purchase and unlocks Premium.
If it still does not unlock, contact us with your platform and the account or email you purchased with.
